Call Custom Metal works. They have done a ton of the tundra/ Tacoma rusted frame replacements and they may do this kind of repair too.

Finished with the tubbing and waiting for the sealant to dry up in the next 7 days, meanwhile test fitting and trimming the fenders/cladding - can't wait to fire this thing up just to shut it down and do the timing belt after haha...

12Jun25 Parts came in, thinking I’m gonna try and knock this out this weekend. Parts came packed pretty good.

Tiny project completed.

Small parts haul came in today. Rotors and pads for up front, studs for front hubs, along with hardware and gaskets. Power steering is get a full overhaul, New reservoir and hard lines to go with the rack and pinion I got a while ago.
