$5k for a bumper and install is just crazy, IMO. I don’t blame you for canceling it. I definitely agree with the logic of the full bumper and bar. I went that route with my 100. My next rig will likely be a Tacoma (late 3rd or 4th gen) and I’m...
I love this truck. My wife said it rides better than the 200 series.
I have spent quite a bit of time with the truck driving 12 hours from Idaho. Although I haven’t had time to sit in the truck with the manual and go over all the options.
I...
Did the first trail at Cruisers on the Rockies just fine but noticed a squeaking noise. Noise got worse on the second day. Decided to jack up the front and shake the wheels before going on trail #3, and it turned out that both front wheel...
Visited the folks after a bike ride today and installed New hood struts... recharged the AC system and changed the Cabin air filter.... then Mom made tuna fish sandwiches for lunch.... it was a good day.
Up for sale is my 1995 HZJ73 LX purchased from Joe of Joe's Classic Cruisers of Texas in summer of 2023. I have very much enjoyed the truck, but do not drive it much as it is mainly a weekend driver, so time to sell. Joe was chasing a noise...
I would recommend the Griots stuff. It was easy to use. The videos walk you right through everything. I had no issues as a beginner
Same panel before in the middle and when done. Still some small scratches if you get real close, but only a few...

Small update. Our body shop has been slow so I threw my 40 in for some work. Not a lot of mechanical stuff done but getting the top and sides sorted out.
Well its new home is in Tn. I do plan on keeping this thread updated. Hoping to get started on this project asap. Still staying LS but changing it up with a 4l80 and splitcase. Sent my son to pick it up and want to thank matzell for all his help.
As much as I am going to miss the stretched40, I sure do like looking at 4573 back in the garage! Only after opening it up down the street to blow it out. One neighbor just smiled and shook her head as I came by!😁.
Well... the time has come to move this down the road. It will live in TN and I hope it gets put back together. I think I like wheeling better than Cars and Coffee. I can not wait to see what the new owner does to it.
In the meantime my K5 is...
I am thinking about the dinner plans
I am most likely arriving Wednesday early afternoon.....

Wednesday ... I am thinking that Ill make a batch of Teriyaki Beef mix on lettuce cups for dinner and will...
As long as we're talking FELs, you really want one w/ quick attach capability so you can easily swap bucket/forks/etc. Only so much you can do easily with a bucket.
This B7200 HST popped up on FB marketplace and the name looked familiar. It's 4 houses up from me and I had no idea my neighbor had it lol
Clean unit with only 362 hours on it, fired up good but does appear to have the slightest bit of blow by...
No better place to finally find use for your fancy winch than your own side yard at the lake house. Damn wet red mud doing what the mountains and rocks have yet to do.
Didn’t have my recovery bag with me full of additional straps, shackles and...
Happy and Sad day today. Bought a good condition 1997 F350 diesel one of my dream trucks. Also sold my 2000 Nissan Frontier I've owned for 22 years and driven 200k miles.
the camper will be just fine at the camp area there is plenty of room.... I would suggest getting there Thursday or Friday early if possible because things get a bit busy and packed on Sat morning.
33s are the same size rubber I am running so...
Standard installation, nothing fancy, but it seems like a great antenna. Anyone thinking of going for the Alamosa products I think you can rest assured they'll do the job. Most ham antennas look like little flimsy toys but you can drive nails...
