That is beautiful, especially with the steel wheels and black bumpers. I bet it's non-metallic, maybe single stage. I don't think it's a U.S. market color, at least for the 100 series.

If you have a "2000 TLC" there is no need to buy retainer/washers. Just re-use what you take off, paying attention to how and where they came off - front or rear. They are indestructible. Clean them up and/or paint them if you wish.
