Luke got the Patrol reassembled and it’s back to being a runner - and this time on all 6 cylinders. The new Nissan forklift distributor replaced the original crusty one that was the source of our problems.

I was chatting with a guy that had some stuff I was looking at and he mentioned this swap meet. Looks pretty cool. Anyway, no affiliation, just thought I’d pass along.

The little Patrol engine is finally at the reassembly phase. Thankfully the original head survived. Repaired with new exhaust valves, valve guides, and hardened valve seats. Hopefully the exhaust valves don’t eat into the head again. New head...
