Just an observation, and I use to own a 60 series with that style of door card, why are the fabric lines not straight? It’s like the fabric was put on at an angle, instead of perpendicular to the lower vinyl line on the top piece of vinyl?

Despite your switch checking out it could still fail to function. Mine metered for continuity but after a load test it failed. Unplug the switch, jump with wire and see if light comes on.

Can you hear the actuator motor when you move lever? If not, Lower Xfer case a few inches, remove actuator. It’s not a difficult job by any means.

Switch on top fwd of Xfer case, if , like you said, it is engaging.
