Sounds like I won't have to plan to make much food.

No Jon, Rory, Vince, Greg or Shawn and we're still 12 days out.

Don't count me out yet, though I probably won't be camping.

I'd rather go to the swap meet than the meeting too but I realize there is a difference between fantasy world and reality. Plus, I'm hosting so I guess I should be around for that.

I am still in. I will be staying in a hotel and driving the 80. The 40 still has issues (leaking coolant) to work out.

I am a definite, Molly and the perros in tow. We are going to camp at Chatfeild Lake. I want to leave Friday morning earlier the better. My tenative plan is 4am. I am looking at options to camp in southern Colorado Friday night and then drive to the event Saturday morning, and camp at Chatfield Saturday night. Those are my plans so far.


Anyone know of some good camping around Salida or Buena Vista? Primitive is preferred...

remote camp further up in the hills? if you're not dead set on camping, you could always hit up rising sun, i'm sure plenty of us would take ya in (i've got bigbluefj, some nights, but you're welcome to the guest room when he's not around).

thank you for the offer nuclearlemon but my weekend plans got shat on. I will be slaving at work . gotta love the end of the fiscal year, everyone realizes they have money they haven't spent and also realize that they need their project done before they give it to you
