Helping a buddy sell his 2004 Lexus LX 470. It is pretty well maintained. His vehicle only has 113k. It has been a CA for all its life so there is NO rust.
He wanted to keep it but now has to sell it. There is a lot good amount of records on it through Lexus. Since he decided to sell it, he cancelled completing the timing belt and water pump. the only other thing that is wrong is he is missing the 3rd row seat headrests. They are somewhere in his garage but can’t seem to locate them.
Car is usually parked in the garage so it’s pretty clean. He has no problem having a mechanic check it out. Message me for any questions or details
One owner till 2018, low miles 180023, sold new in Texas and always in Texas. Used on west Texas ranch, runs and drives but needs a head gasket and the dash is cracked. Rust free, clear coat starting to go on the hood and roof. Selling cheap no time to fix $6500.

I have a soft spot for LC and found this one locally. Outside is rough in the sense paint dull, scratches, pinstripe gone. But no signs of hail, rust and no accidents reported.
I was looking at it in the evening and couldn't really see much on the under side in regards to rust. I'll be heading there in the am to drive and see under it. 215,000 miles. No accidents. Lots of parking lot combat badges. Upgraded head unit with BT, Pandora and other fanciness including a drop down screen for the DVD player. It might even play BlueRay! I am the original owner. Southern California Truck with 1 year in New Hampshire and 1 year in South Carolina, but never saw snow. 255,500 miles. Great driver often used for San Diego - Palm Springs travel. Embarrassed to admit almost never been off road. Regular (7500 mile intervals) synthetic (usually Mobil 1) oil changes. Good tires including new Michelin spare. Front seats and center console professional recovered Oct 2019. Up for sale are one driver side mirror and one passenger side mirror. Both are in good condition removed from my 2006 LX470. The driver's side mirror does not fully dim when sensing light which is why it was replaced. The passenger side mirror does dim when sensing light. Willing to sell individually or as a pair. OME medium duty set up installed last year. Comes with a book of maintenance and such. I’ve had it about 4 years and it’s been a blast.
SOME rust, not structural though. Hood and roof clear coat not good. A/C don’t work. Back hatch cancer holes. I’ve driven it with soft brakes but you’d probably mess with them. Back rotors not so smooth. Muffler is there but not functional. Sounds nice though. Tires don’t have a lot of life left. Interior is okay, lots of things jammed in the back haphazardly. No 3rd row. Custom front seat covers. Small chip in windshield passenger side bottom. Check engine light burned out a few months ago probably...
