Hi everyone, we are selling our super sweet 1991 Toyota Landcruiser FJ 80. 180,000 miles. She has been our family mountain truck for taking the kids up into Shenandoah National Park, hiking, etc....The truck is essentially stock, 2 tone paint job from the factory, no rust, clean inside and out, non-smokers, with center diff lock, new Yokohama AT-S tires(less than 500miles).
Our mechanic recently replaced the front "knuckle-ball" joints, all the U-joints, changed out the AT fluid, differential fluids, brake pads and rotors. The windows all work as does the sun roof. Looking to sale my LC, engine locked up and no time for a new project. It has 255000 miles on it and is pretty much factory, no mods. The wife drove it and is in excellent condition inside and out, everything works(except engine). I replaced passenger side birfield, all seals, gaskets and bearings, axel, brake caliper and rotor. Driver side has all new seals, gaskets and bearings, caliper and rotor, bifield was replaced several years ago. Tranny is smooth and seems strong. Does not have lockers.
Issues: Windows are a little slow but all work.
Small dent on driver side rear door.
Tailgate needs plastic piece that holds rods to handle that allows gate to open. Easy fix.
Antenna doesn't go all the way down.
A few scratches on back below...
She needs a little TLC maintenance wise.
Runs strong and I still drive it every now and then.

Guys, I am considering selling my '97 40th Anniversary. I have 3 4wd's in my driveway and i'm thinking I might have some redundancy. What I have is a Antique Sage FZJ-80 with 155k on the clock. I am the second owner (first owner was a mall mom) It has factory lockers with the CDL button added. It has OME J lift with a 1" spacer up front to level it out, Dick Cepek FC-II 315's (bout 90% tread) Slee castor plates, ARB with 9k winch. 1993 FZJ80
230K+, Motor needs to be rebuilt due to cracked/sloppy pistons. It had plenty of power and great oil pressure. Needs Pistons/rings (probably bore out to next size) head was straight and gasket was good, #5 and #6 pistons were cracked. The piston slap would go away after warming up but got worse after 2 or 3 years. It think the PO let the oil get too low. It had great oil pressure by the factory gauge and no metal in the pan. I would recommend a gasket kit and bearings but the head looks great.
Tranny shifts great, recent windshield, all 4 brakes and driver's seat recovered in vinyl. No rust or major dents, typical faded hood and brush scratches. AC was non-op.

Well, it is time to sell the Land Cruiser, Folks! If you want her, she is still running strong at 270,000. I have done too much work to list over the years, but I have all records since I have owned her. She is in good condition, with normal wear and tear.
