1997 Toyota Land Cruiser, (40th Anniversary)
Not for me, so jump quick if you're interested, he posted this morning and has had numerous calls already. I looked it over this afternoon and its in decent shape. Body is straight, no rust at all except a pebble size spot on the tailgate. Some scratches on the rear, and clearcoat peel on the hood and roof. NO LOCKERS.
Needs baselined and some TLC. No major leaks I could find though. Driver side birf was realllly wet, passenger side a little caked but decent. Undercarriage looked good, no rust at all. Pinion seals looked good. 3rd owner, says he has the majority of service records and paperwork dating back to the original owner from Washington (?). Full size spare, plus the original spare...

Great truck. I drive it 100 miles round trip to work once or twice per week. Currently at 286,xxx Miles. Truck will run 75-80 on the freeway at 13-14mpg with no issues. Passes everything but gas stations and you can't leave it running and make the gas pump shut off :p.

1994 fzj80 with 226000 miles. Runs and drives great. AC works great. 4x4 labs front and rear bumpers. Spartan locker in the rear. Center diff lock mod. Cats deleted. EGR bypassed. Rear heater bypass as well. New pioneer door speakers all the way around. New pioneer deck .Rockford Fosgate 10 inch sub with quick disconnect for easy removal. Burns a little oil on startup if it has been sitting for a few days. Front and rear diff fluids changed less than 5000 miles ago. Not mine, but taking a look this weekend. Supposedly salvage title based on carfax he looked at when he bought it, but he says he's got a clean title? I've got the VIN if anyone can run the report.
Thoughts? What he's told me is that the paint is crap, it's got heated front seats, but they don't work, there's a small spot of rust on the seam where the rocker comes together on the driver side (pictured), he did a full knuckle rebuild, new water pump, new alternator, clutch fan, new fluids in the diffs and t-case last spring. Coolant flush about 2.5 years ago, and it comes with a ton of receipts from the PO (brakes ,plugs etc).
