1977 FJ40 Crawl Ready!! Located in Wyoming, USA
I started this build in 2007 and basically have never had much time to enjoy it. I finished putting it back together last year, got it running and reliable, drove it some (less than 300 miles on tires/drivetrain, etc.) and parked it again. There are more things that I would do to it, but I seriously just need to thin down the heard (of projects) and I've just lost interest in it. There are other projects that I would rather finish, but what I don't have time to finish, you can put your personal touches into while you drive it. Here are the specs: 1 YR fresh, TBI 350, York Compressor (Onboard Air), SM465 4-Spd, 3:1 Toyota 4spd T-case, Factory axles w/ARB Air Locker front, Detroit Locker Rear, Longfield shafts and birfields, High Steer...
1969 FJ40, Restored and only 24k original miles
I'm selling my 1969 FJ40 for $25,000 OBO. I've owned since October 2014 and have records for the work i've had completed (new fuse box, new starter, upgraded heater blower). This FJ40 was restored 7-10 years ago (i have no records of the restoration) and according to the prior owner, was a ranch vehicle in Texas for the majority of its life. The prior owner claims the 24,000 miles on it are original but again, I have no way to verify. This is a strong running FJ and a regular cruiser for us around town. Like most FJ's, it has light surface rusting and a couple nominal leaks. It has been serviced while I've owned it at Colorado Toyota Specialists in Conifer, CO with no expenses spared. This is a great chance to get an honest FJ40...

Looking to posibably trade my 77 LWB for a daily driver 40
Hey guys im toying with the idea of getting rid of my 45 lwb as i just dont have the time anylonger to do the proper resto it needs. It has rust it has some inner C channel rot i wont lie. I was goin to box the frame to handle all of the issues. It runs and drives great. Has a new "troll hole" carb on it and fires up just fine. I was looking to take it all apart and put a new frame underneath it. I daily drive it every chance i get. Im looking at a possible trade for a cleanish 40. Solid frame min rust in the body. Just looking at all options right now. I am not sure on cash value of the 45. Let me know if im out to lunch haha
Here I have a mostly stock 73. It has a after market 20 gallon tank. Not currently hooked up due to bad filler hose. The only real after market parts on it are oversize tires, carb air cleaner. It has a rear main leak. It runs and drives fine. still stock three speed and drum brakes. It recently had new clutch slave and brakes all around. Needs rear main seal and master brake cylinder assy or rebuild. 1985 BJ42
I have this truck on consignment. Owner reports this to be a 1985 BJ42. I have seen some trucks that were titled as 85's but I always thought technically 1984 was the last year so I welcome your expertise on the subject. At any rate it is a likely one of the last BJ42’s to roll out of Tokyo. Reported to be a rust free frame-on restoration of a Central America import that was stripped to bare metal according to the owner and repainted in the original 464 Toyota Beige. Powered by the original 3,431cc inline 4-cylinder 3B diesel engine. Numbers matching on engine and frame and retains the original H41 4-speed transmission. Upgrades include leather upholstery front and back. I have not seen this truck in person. First hand inspection always...
