Info from a website talking about the ibooser:
: What happens if I loose electricity? Do my brakes fail?

A: No! The pedal is connected to the master cylinder via a pushrod, exactly the same as vacuum boosted car. Should the electrical circuit be interrupted you would simply have manual brakes, precisely the same as if a vacuum booster failed. If you think about it, if you lose electrical power you've likely lost power to everything, the engine dies and with it power steering and all accessories. Vacuum or electric you'll still have manual brakes though.

We have two FJ60 Cummins 6BT5.9 swaps and one FJ40 4BT swap and definitely could use this booster adapter. Which booster are you using?

Yeah I would love to know if this would fit in a pre-boosted 40 with the firewall rib. :)

There’s a thread on Irate4x4 with basic cad files so you can 3d print to check fitment.

Oh cool! Thank you, I’ll go check it out. I bet it won’t fit…. But maybe? :p

there's no way it will fit in the stock location. But remote... :hmm:

Definitely interested in this for my 60. I havent gone down the rabbit hole of research yet, but is there different iboosters?
Can this also be used as a parking brake, or would it consume to much power with the car off, stupid question but would be cool when wheeling to be able to have all four wheels locked when getting in and out of rig to check trail lines.

Excited to see the bracket you guys make!
