I would make sure I had plenty of pictures of the restore. Looks like they are trying to copy the ICON. Difference is the ICON is all new part and updated. This one still have leaf springs and a mix of used part with a new engine. I see nothing on this cruiser I could say for sure it 64.Rear crossmember on the frame is 74 or newer. Cowl and tub look to be 71. Bib is 70 or newer. Windshield is 75-77. How is the roll bar installed in a cruiser that didn't have one. Did they beef up the back of the shackle reverse. That picture just show a hole drill in the frame. Nice looking FJ40 but not sure what the resale would be down the later on. TLC has figured a way to use new frames with early VINs so they are emissions exempt. I would make sure the frame is truly a 64 with a crossmember replacement. If it's a later frame it could cause problems registering.
