I was traveling south on RT 664 or Coudersport Pike just north of Lock Haven PA. I was in a hurry to get to the college as I was running late. Out of the corner of my eye I spotted an FJ40 for sale.
I have searched craigslist and other local sites but I can not find who may have it for sale.
I was hoping for some information if anyone knows of this vehicle.

Just got engaged and I've got some hospital bills so it's time to let this project go. It's a 1976 fj40 landcruiser. With this ad you will get the chassis with 17" steel wheels, chevy 350 engine with edelbrock carb, transmission, transfer case, Saginaw power steering, aqualu tub and tailgate with original front, hood, windshield, apron, and a set of older fenders, and the bib. I started to strip and paint the frame but haven't gotten around to finishing it. She drove all the way from Wyoming to KC two years ago. It's sitting in bolivar missouri currently. I will throw in a 72 top and sides for an extra $200. It is titled and ready for someone with more time than I currently have.

Now I am moving back to Canada but don't really want to import both of them so thought someone out there in mud land might be interested in my 69. After much deliberation I'm about to post my beloved "Nomad" for sale in the 80 section. I'm posting this ad prior to my ad in the 80 section to see if anyone here is interested in a trade of some kind.
As with all, life changes and needs with it. I have a Tundra now and looking for a vehicle my wife and I can enjoy on the weekends.

This 60 was bought from a broker who had sourced this cruiser from the original owner. I am the 2nd owner to have ever registered this cruiser. This cruiser spent 99% of it's life in Washington state, With it having zero rust! Now it's home is Charleston SC. The original owner as well as myself kept it garaged, and didn't smoke or allow pets. The paint is original and for it's age is amazing! clear coat is flaking on two doors that's it. - 1970's SBC with a fresh head gasket
- 1960's Muncie SM421 with crawler 1st gear. Mated to advance adapters case into original Toyota transfer case.
- Hard top and hard doors in great shape, new SOR bikini top
- New pro-comp shocks and reworked front springs by Boise Spring Works to help support the V8
- Rugged ridge rear jeep tumble seat
- Have a spare front drivers fender
- Averages about 14 mpg around town
- Have a warn 8274 that we may be able to work in to the deal
The bad:
- Could use some new front seats
- Needs some further electrical sorting
- Needs tires asap ( lets be honest, you were going to change them anyways)

Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40-One of a kind
$7K - 250ci Chevy I-6, Chevy 4-speed transmission, 1/4" custom skid plate, 2 gas tanks, Runs. Needs some new wiring because recently wipers stopped working. Body looks very good; not showroom though. Needs new seats in front. No rust problems. I painted it back to original tan in year 2000.
