1970 Toyota Land Cruiser fj40 that has a super solid body for its age. Previous owner disassembled it and most of the parts are there with a few exceptions. No front seats and no drivetrain. I do have the transmission and transfer case for it but condition is unknown. The rear jump seats are there and the gauge cluster is also there. There is new body mounts but the body is not bolted to the frame. There is a radiator support and battery tray and fan shroud. Rust spots replaced with new metal. Needs minor feathering at seam welds to be perfect.
Under carriage rust proofed with Corroseal brushed primer and sprayed finish coats.
Toyota gear reduction starter. Huge upgrade over original.
All new brake system with new master cylinder, hard and soft lines. Brakes work great.
New OEM radiator, hoses, belts, t-stat and water pump.
Refurbished front and rear heaters, both work great.

The hard top is in really great condition no rust but they did paint the fiberglass top. All hardware is stainless steel and will include weather stripping for the windshield frame.
Ambulance doors are in great shape all OEM hardware and no major dent or dings. The driver side door has a little rust starting to form but other than that they are in great shape.
Not sure of what the pricing should be so I am putting $2000.00 for everything and I am willing to negotiate on the pricing . I would also be willing to do partial trade for a factory soft top BOWS or a soft top.

Up for sale is my 1976 FJ40. I have owned the truck almost 7 years. Clean title in my name. I'm sad to see her go, but I no longer have a garage to keep her in and work on her. This rig is turn key.
Originally yellow, the previous owner powder coated the frame and repainted the rig with a very unique and head turning green, that changes to purple and grey depending on how the sunlight is hitting the paint. The frame is 100% rust free. The body is in excellent condition except for the passenger side rocker which sustained some minor damage on the Rubicon Trail. Interior is in excellent shape. I installed a rear bench seat and seat belts. Front seats are original leather in great condition (one seam tear on drivers side about 3" long)...

Bought with intentions of restoring to a fun driver but have too many projects at the moment.
Fairly original and complete.
Engine runs but needs brake and clutch work to drive. Has normal rust in rear sill but tub floors are solid.
Missing front seats and front bumper.
Have TN title in hand.

I picked up two 71's and I'm letting this one go. I plan to mod the other one and this one is too complete for me to hack on. It sat for 20+ years and survived the Paradise fire.
Body and chassis numbers match. I'll have to verify F155 number. Registered non-op in CA. Motor is not seized but I need to flush fuel and cooling systems, replace vacuum hoses, change oil, etc... before starting.
