Last weekend pulling 2 sea doos with my 98 doing 80-85 was a horrific 9.

Usually I grt 12-13.8 doing 77isj on highway. I have 285s.

With stock tires doing 70-75 going to hilton head I got around 16

I am pretty heavy with both bumpers, sliders, roof rack, winch, fridge in the back, and my tent on the top the past few months. I also have a OME 1.5 with 33's. I am getting 12-14.

~11mpg, steel front bumper, otherwise stock (mostly). 60/40 city/hwy. I drive with a slightly heavy foot, but not too bad.
If you drive a lot, keep the Civic. I average 8000 miles a year, so I don't mind the dismal MPG's.

2-3" lift, 33s... just got 16 mpg on an all-highway trip. Was not driving like a grandpa - mostly over 70mph, some near 80mph.

Sure the Civic gets 40 mpg, but once you factor in the added insurance of the additional car and depreciation (time, not miles)... may not help in the long run.

Yea.. it's really about getting all the numbers and figuring if it's all worth it.

I still have my 40 and a tundra so.. 4 vehicles is kind of stupid but if the civic basically pays for itself.. then it may be worth it

On my last trip, I averaged almost 13 highway miles pg on 285s. Two adults, no armor. Compared to other folks, seems like it might be time for a tune up.

My .02; definitely keep the Honda!
33's, ARB front bumper, winch, lifted...lucky if I see 16 mpg on the nav unit; granted this isn't speedo corrected.
I actually bought an old beater Mazda to drive to work unless weather is bad or it's cold (can't beat those LC heated leather seats).

I got 16 before I put the KO2's on. I expect the mileage to drop. Ditto the heated seats comment...

I like having "extra" cars... takes the pressure off if I want to do some time consuming work on one... what is the civic worth if you sold it? money has worth... and like others said what does it cost to keep it? vs the 15mpg you will gain over the LC at current gas prices here driving 250 miles per week the honda would save you about 1k a year IF you only drove the Honda... if it was a 50/50 driving split you might save $500 keeping the honda... and that might just cost you more per year to have both tags insurance maint. ect...

Right now I'm driving my Budget LC street cruiser build as a daily driver... drive'n like the police are on my tail and I think this tank might yield 14+ mpg new plugs clean MAP new O2 , new oil & fluids, 18" alloy wheels w/285 no extra weight, roof rack bars to the rear, might play with a simple cold air intake, I believe just based on the math our air filters have about 50% of the surface area they need to not be restrictive...

Is the civic paid for? I'm shopping for an LC, my Jeep and Sierra are paid off. No plans to get rid of either and they both have terrible gas mileage.

13.8 No matter what....around town or on the highway. Regular or Mid grade gas. AC On of off.....always the same.
(In flat Florida though)

15-16 on the hwy w/ cruise set at 62mph.

13.5 with cruise set at 75mph.

11 around town, thats real actual gps miles, 285s, arb sahara, 300 lbs of dog and 300 lbs of human and detritus as a payload. up to 17 on long-haul drives with no skinny pedal shenanigans (73-75 mph).

Roughly 14-15 mpg - lifted w 33's, sliders, Slee Blueberry up front, ~150# of gear in the back.

Im all stock, no heavy bumpers or tires. I get 16.5 - 17.5 routinely. Never lower than 16.5. I can see 18 on the highway doing 65 or so on long stretches.

If you drive at all, keep the Honda.

If you don't, then DD the Hundy.

Mine is built and gets 14-15mpg on trips going 65mph. It'll get as low as 10-11 with all city/rural/hilly/stop and go driving which I've only done once or twice since the 100 doesn't get driven much unless it's loaded down for a big trip.
