Just got the ok from the wife to head out for the Tree Run! (yes, that was way gay,not that there is anything wrong with that)
Seeing that I have four chitlins and a momma bear, a Christmas tree seems to be mandatory for the household.
I'll be coming from the north,see you in Jemez Springs. We will be in a stock '91 white TLC.

There wasn't any snow a couple of days ago, but the forecast I saw was 12+ inches over about 7,500 feet tomorrow. The pass at the top is around 9,000 if I recall. We can go as far as we can uphill and turn around...

P.S. - gas is $2.48 per gallon on Bernalillo's main drag halfway between Exit 240 (south Bernalillo) and 242 (north Bernalillo - aka 550) in the middle of town on the main drag at Calle Presidente. It's on the way...

Regrettably, we will be unable to make the Christmas tree run this year. I'm bummed about missing this trip for a lot of reasons but several minor things conspired to keep me home tomorrow. A Christmas gift delivery that was delayed and we have to pick it up between 9 and 5 tomorrow (not open on Sunday) and re-ship it to Texas, a dog that has been throwing up all day, and a couple other semi-important things that must get done before we leave for Christmas vacation.

Oh well... take pics and post a trip report.
