We were going to produce a new bumper design in partnership with another company, but since that company decided to make their
own in house bumper exactly the same- we have since decided to go another route. This way there is not confusion. We will retool a
different design and release it at a later date.

I like it. Is there really a market for another 80 series front bumper offering? I would like one if I still had an 80 but isn't the market for new 80 series builds diminishing.

Quite the opposite I would think... with 80 series prices dropping like a stone there SHOULD be more interest in aftermarket upgrades...

How about a straight on front picture... and a farther back side shot to really see the approach angle too...

Definitely interested. Would like to see these pics too.

On closer look this looks like the lx that AOE was showcasing their new bumper on. Is AOE building these for you?

Love it! I'm planning to build a very similar design for my 62, with the D ring mounts being the same pieces of stock as the mounts and mounting provisions (with gussets for strength!) for an 8274.

IS the bumper reinforced? If I am wheeling and I drop the front side of that bumper on a rock will it bend up like an arb?

We have a new bumper design under the XLC brand that we would like some feedback on. This design we made to be high and tight for maximum approach angle clearance. It forgoes the use of the factory front turn signal lenses in favor of LED strips in the bumper itself. The D ring mounts are actually the frame mounts which pass through the front plate steel. The upper stinger is shaped to mirror the front end styling of the 80 series and LX450. You can mount up to a 16k winch and there is an integrated skid plate in the center to protect the winch. It will be available in either a lower section only or with the upper stinger section. Powdercoat in Black, or custom color by request. Pricing TBA.
If we get enough positive feedback, it will go into production. Let us know:cheers:

Very nice !! Lets start production

I'm very interested. One of the things that has kept me from the other bumpers is my desire to mount a winch bigger than 9000 on it. Make it happen and I'll likely get in line. Is it safe to assume you're going to price it inline with the competition?

Looks great I certainly would have went that route when I was in the market. I traded the ARB for a tube version because I was always banging the ARB on something.
