Would these parts fit an early LX 470

Trying to brighten up and change the interior look of my '99 LX 470

1)- Center console shifter bezel from later model LX 470 ( I am sure it could but not sure if 5 vs 4 speed would make any difference?)

2)- Wood shifter (not sure what I need to do to make it work)

No, you need a shifter button to release the lock and get it into gear.

The console trim should for fine though, assuming you keep your existing shifter.

Seems like there's either some water/air or something like that underneath the plastic cover? How can one clean this up? I am thinking of buying it for a project fitting an updated console and was wondering how to make it look crisp?
