Any pics of your suction side? Just want to make sure I'm doing it right before I punch a hole in it. Basically just get it in where it fits in?
The ports on my York are reversed from yours. My suction side is the one closer to the camera in this photo (Wits' End York On-Board-Air Schematic and Discussion). However, my suction mounting should be different from yours because my 80 had its PAIR removed.

Much like I will be if my wife ever figures out how much on-board air *really* costs.

Have a customer with a freshly rebuilt 210 with rotolock fittings and they are a tad short. Short enough that my fittings contact the bolt's flange. My recommendation in the case is to grind down the bottom of my fitting as needed so it clears. It shouldn't require much. If it ruins the fitting, I'll still warranty it.

@NLXTACY have you made any progress with the mounting bracket for the coalescing filter? That is the last piece of my OBA puzzle..

Congratulations. We just did our 12 anniversary only i was in Orlando and the wife was in Sweden with the kids. Definitely better if you are in the same zip.code.
Enjoy your time, braket can wait.:flipoff2:

Okie dokie folks, the last piece of the OBA puzzle is listed on the site. Well, two last pieces:

The Coalescing Filter and Mounting Kit
The York 210 Discharge Hose Kit

Keep in mind that I still have one piece of the mounts at the laser engravers so it'll be a couple of days AND I only have a few of the filters handy in stock but I will order more as needed.

Annnnnnnd for those that need to better visual to figure out what in the heck I've been creating. Here is a simplified breakdown of everything I now offer for the 80 Series OBA. I will be making another one that removes the York and assumes a Viair or ARB twin.

Just started putting mine together today before I came to work, so I can't verify. Are there 2 different style hoses for the coalescing filter? 1 high temp and one regular? I didn't notice a difference :o

Initially yes. But I consolidated parts by making them all the same. It takes the guess work out of it.

For some reason my compressor only has the metal terminal and rubber gasket for the metri-pack connector, no outside plastic. Is that a certain size that I need? I'll probably just insert it and tape it until I can find one.
