For some reason my compressor only has the metal terminal and rubber gasket for the metri-pack connector, no outside plastic. Is that a certain size that I need? I'll probably just insert it and tape it until I can find one.

Is it just the one pin or two pin? I've ran into a couple of two pin.

Either way I have the connector and clip lock that I'll ship out today.

Just a 1 pin. The terminal slips right into the connector on the harness. Not sure why my compressor didn't come with the whole thing.

Minor setback, everything else seems to be going well. I have an offroad jeep show tomorrow that I'm hoping to use it on. Bypassing the tank for now since I just need to to air up

That's a pretty sweet setup there, nicely done!

@mjeckell Now that you have it all in, any feedback? I know we've talked "a few times" but curious what your thoughts are now and what could be improved?

So far everything seems to be working real good. The one thing I will point out is being very careful of the threads on the compressor when mounting to the bracket. The threads can easily begin to strip out on the compressor if added stress is applied. Tell me how I know. I may in the future weld a plate to the bracket for the bottom of the compressor and have 8 bolts in total holding it together. That is the nice this about the York and it's mounting options.

All in one kit as well. I know there will be some customization involved but it sure would make it a little easier. Joey makes a good product. I would recommend this to others.

Got it all together, for the most part. I need to hide the wiring a little better and actually mount the air connectors, but I'm waiting on my bumpers for that. Right now they're zip tied to my sliders because I was doing some last minute rigging at 3am for an offroad event today. Other than my rigged up mounts it worked awesome! Coolest mod I've done so far.

My one complaint doesn't involve the kit, but the compressor itself. Adding oil to it is an absolute pain. How is everyone doing this? I used a little tube on a gear oil cap type bottle. It kept getting airlocked and just took FOREVER.

The proper way to measure oil level is with the York sitting at a 45* angle which means out of the truck unfortunately. Once there a simple steel coat hanger can make a good dipstick. To add in oil I use a syringe without the needle and just squirt in what is needed.

I almost grabbed one of my meat injectors from the kitchen out of desperation lol. I think I'm going to use an elbow and some pipe to make filling a little easier. I do have the correct dipstick, but I couldn't find any reference for reading it level
