inside distance between brackets: 20 1/16"
edge of first bracket to front edge of forward holes: 4"
edge of second bracket to rear edge of rear holes: 3 5/16"

The entire slider could move ~1" either forward or back since it is just U-bolts on the driver's side. I have it mounted even with the passenger side slider which bolts onto the frame at its first support leg - this puts the rear edge of the sliders even with the front of the rear wheel well sheet metal on both sides.

Perfect. I'm already knee-deep in the bracket design but this def helps.

After ordering about 15 different air couplers I have finally settled on the one that is going to ship with all of my Air Coupler Mounts that will be released soon. This particular one is made by Parker and I love it for a few reasons. First it's all brass with stainless internals. Second, it's a universal female coupler design that accepts nearly all of the different interconnects out there so no worries about an oddball hose fitting not working. Thirdly it's Push2Connect which is badass. You only need to slide back the coupler to unlock the male fitting. Great design. Sure, it's a little bit more money but long term it's so worth it.

Quick update. Version #1 of the quick coupler mounting kit is test and finalized.

Air Coupler Flat Mounting Bracket has been machined as a one-off so I can test it and so far I'm really liking it. This particular bracket is best for edge mounting surfaces where damage isn't a likely issue. This can be mounted out of the way somewhere but still easily accessible. Material is 316 stainless to bed guarantee zero corrosion from water, salt or chemicals.

Brackets available by themselves or as a ready made kit that includes bracket, mounting hardware, bulkhead fitting, air coupler, 3/8" push to connect fitting, 15ft of 3/8" nylon 11 tubing and air coupler dust cap.

The tiny hole off to the side is for a stainless steel lanyard in case there is a need. No pricing or availability yet as I'm still waiting on a few components but here is where this piece is as of now.

Here is the second option for an Air Coupler 90deg Mounting Bracket. This one is ideal for an area that has a flat mounting surface but still in a relatively safe location. The 90deg bend makes it simple for mounting pretty much anywhere using the supplied hardware.
This is another one-off just for testing.

Aaaaand here is the next Air Coupler U Mounting Bracket which is ideal for bumper mounting or anywhere it's likely that this could be stepped on. The other two designs have the Air Coupler cantilevered off the bracket. Not an issue unless it gets stepped on the things aren't happy. Well if you know this will be going into the bumper or some other hazardous area, this might be the way to go.

316 stainless is a very hard steel and is very corrosion resistant to pretty much anything you can throw at it. But because of the extra hoop around the front it'll hold up better if you wind up stepping on it.

This particular mount will get one small change that I noticed while I was assembling the kit.

And the pièce de résistance! Here is the AirCoupler and Anderson SB50 power connector with environmental boot.

This bracket secures and protects both the Air Coupler and Power Connection. Since this is for the sb50 connector it's limited to 120A. It's a bummer I didn't get the correct boot for the Air Coupler for these pics but I really didn't feel like waiting

As a kit this will include: the bracket, mounting hardware, SB50 connector and terminals, environmental boot, Parker Air Coupler, bulkhead fitting, 3/8" push to connect fitting, 15ft of Nylon 11 tubing. Basically everything you need to rock-n-roll!

When I purchased my MT sliders years ago, I also bought the bracket but have yet to install it. I'm willing to loan it out if you want to replicate it Joey. That way I'll know whatever you produce for that location will work for my setup.

I fabbed up a bracket this weekend to hold a Wits'End tank to the mounting points for the NLA MetalTech bracket. Using some 2" angle I cut a couple pockets in the horizontal part to accept 2" flat stock. Even with my horrible welding skills I was able to get the metal to stick together. A grinder and heavy coat of bedliner and voila. This positions the tank with just enough room on each end for attachments without interfering with the slider support in front or the body mount behind.

I looked in all the spots I thought I would have stored the bracket 7 or 8 years ago but my memory is not as sharp as I remember. Once I finally find it I shall report back, if it's still need.

The Rear Air Tank Shelf (RATS-1) is almost out of production and will be going to Powder Coating soon. Possibly end of next week. Got the air tanks prepped and upgraded and ready to ship out. Just getting the last pieces together. Getting excited to see everyone's setup.

Hopefully others will be getting on board so I can get rid of the oversupply of tanks and brackets and crap I've amassed

After talking to a few people about these Air Coupler and Anderson brackets, I've moved forward with the same design but this time incorporating the larger Anderson #SB175 connector to use with 1/0 cable for things like winches and jumper cables. This one will be going into production at the same time as the others.
