Which factory manual covers the 3FE engine and the electronic fuel injection? Specifically, I'm looking for the wiring diagrams for the ECM and sensors and my Body/Chassis manual does not include them. This is for my FJ62.

My body chassis manual for a 1988 FJ62 has the wiring diagram. Note that the engine wiring is different between the fj62 and the fj80.

Thanks for your respone. The Body/Chassis manual that I have claims to cover TLCs from production dates of 10/84 thru 1/90 but it does not cover the engine ecm stuff. My Toyota F Engine manual only covers the carburated 2F engine. So which manual should I be trying to find? The truck is an 1989 FJ62 with the FI 3FE engine.

My memory is that the manual for FJ-62s depends on the manufactor date. The FSM that I got from Spector for my 12/88 FJ-62 is a single book that covers everything - engine and tranny rebuilding, axles and diff setup, ECU & EFI (including wirings, pins, and diagnostics for all sensors and inputs) - absolutely everything, I never use anything but this single FSM. However I believe that Toyota still used the multiple book approach for earlier FJ-62s but I could be wrong about that. Take a look at the manuals that SOR lists for the different years, that should help.
