Yes, definitely! Having moved the gasket, the door closes much easier but the slightest bump in the road, and Costa Rica roads are nothing but bumps, and the latch releases and the door swing open. I may have to resort to the tried and true...

5.00 star(s) Thank you, thank you, thank-you! I've had bits and pieces of the '94 manual but not the whole manual. I've been using a '96 FSM but the differences, especially in the electrical can trip you up. Thanks again for taking the time to creat this...

I arrived in Costa Rica about a month ago and my ARB lockers arrived here a few days ago so I have not had a chance to do the install. I probably won't begin the swap until December, the beginning of the dry season. I will post the results.

The engine on my 1980 HJ45 troopy is starting to burn a significant amount of oil and the compression on three out of six cylinders is low so I'm contemplating rebuilding it. This is a H engine, not 2H. Does it have replaceable cylinder sleeves?

I've been trying to get the front doors on my HJ45 to properly close. The PO had replaced the gaskets that seal the door to the body and I'm thinking that the were improperly positioned making it very difficult to close the doors. I've removed...

Okay, at the worst, swapping or re-drilling flanges. Thanks for the info. I pulled both differentials and the front unit has 4 pinion gears while the rear only has 3. The location that would have the 4th pinion has the cutout that enables...
