Will a 98 tacoma locker fit an 80 series front end?

Hi guys, will an third member from a 98 tacoma has 4.10 gears and factory e locker fit an 80 series front end?

oops= it's a low pinion - won't work.

it will work but it wont be high pinion, it will change the angle of the drive shaft and you loose a little bit of clearance

And if you plan on keeping your factory steering with the behind the axle tie rod the LP third will not work.

I need a front locker - just wondering what would fit. I have an HZJ79 so just trying to figure out what would be the best fit - most likely the 80 series front locker will slip in with no probs - just need to change the gearing to my 4.30's
