Will 1 inch wheel spacers clear the lug studs so the rim will fit flush with the spacer. I just put on 1.5 inch spacers and don't like them (will be in the classifieds soon). The stance is just too wide for 35's, but I think 1 inch will be perfect but am worried the lug studs are too long.

I've searched and read some are running them but I also read where somebody trimmed the studs so they would fit. Just wanted to know if someone could give me a definitive answer.

Thanks in advance.

On a 1" the stud will stick out slightly. On some wheels this is not an issue since there is a "cavity" on the mounting flange of the wheel. Stock wheels are like that. However if that does not exist you have to grind them flush or get 1.25" spacers.

That makes sense, thanks a lot Christo.

I have 1" spacers and stock wheels. Make sure those wheels are balanced or you will get a wobble at higher speeds.

The amount you have to trim in nominal, and a non threaded tip at that, (on mine anyway). 1 cut off wheel, 15 minutes, and you're done. As Christo stated, with stock wheels it doesent matter anyway; wish I would have noticed that first;)
