Ya I have a spool for aluminum on my 220v machine. Depending on what your planning to haul around the 1" EMT pipe is light and pretty darn strong. Pm me if you'd like to talk further.

Like 1"od x .125 ish aluminum tubing? I think that would work well. Tubing isnt crazy expensive and easy to bend. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

Just ordered the a JD tubing bender and some SWAG goodies. My cheap bender wasnt cutting the mustard. Should be here mid week so I'll post up some pics of the toys and a rack or two. Gonna be starting a front bumper build too so hang in there guys its coming!!
Also the rack that I had pictures of earlier in the thread is ready for paint. Its been raining here in good ol Ohio so I wanted to wait till it dried up to paint it. Will post some pics of it as well.
