Would you know who makes a 2" receiver with a 1" drop and a 1" hole? Rated for 5K+ trailer off road?

I can't find one.
Lots of 2" drops but no 1" drops.

It's impossibly easy to convert a 2" drop to a 1" drop with a grinder & cutoff wheel, and a welder. The welds you or your professional welder perform, will likely be of higher quality than those that are already attaching the ball attachment plate to the receiver insert tube. Spray paint and you're on your way to off-road trailer adventures. I just went through this exercise looking for a 3" drop hitch.

Thanks that looks like what it will be.. plasma cutting and welding.
