Cool, they look good.

Please let us know how effective they are as steps once you get them installed. Looking for a good solution for my lifted rig (and short wife).

Cheers!

I used a bit of lubricant on the stainless hardware provided by WKOR, to prevent the threads from binding. I also used a Dremel to notch some of the diamonds on the step plate ( before coating), so the button head screws had a flat spot to tighten against.
They also recommended some kind of ant slip treatment on the tubing if you’re going to use it as a step. I found a roll of 2” step tape at the local truck supply outfit. Trimmed it to fit.

Depending on the reviews of my 5th and 2nd grade loading crew, I may remove the step plate; switch sides; flip them over; and add step tape to the flat side of the steps. The powder coating can be slippery when wet.

Here’s a picture of how far they stick out when you opt for the 10 degree angle (instead of 20 degree),where the round tubing meets the rectangular tubing. They offer this if you want more of a step, and less of a body hugging rub rail...did I just type that?
The rig in the back ground is what I cut my wrenching knuckles on for the last 15 years, before finding this FJ62. I went from one tractor to another.

I like these. I drive my mother and sister around a lot and with them in the back seat (my son's carseat is in the front since he needs a shoulder belt), they're always complaining about how difficult it is to get into my 62. Be nice to have a sturdy set of sliders with a step like that to make their lives a little easier.
