FJ62 AC Belt removal

Looking for help, on how to loosen the idler pulley, there is not enough clearance for a 1/4 socket, I can only fit a 13mm box end wrench and maybe get 32nd of a turn. I even cut down a socket and using Icon flex head ratchet, and still can’t get it on this bolt.

There is a nut in front of the idler pully loosen that and it release that belt

Also, it looks like your bolt is on upside down.
Happened on mine too.
The head “should” be accessed from the bottom after the aforementioned pulley nut is loosened.
