So after reading hundreds of posts, I'm leaning toward the Nittos for my new shoes. On the discount tire direct website, they list 2 versions.

LT285/75R16D1 122Q B - $170

and

LT285/75R16E1 126Q B - $187

rig is currently stock. my future plans include an ARB front bumper. i tow a double jetski trailer occasionally that likely doesn't exceed 3K loaded. if i have to tow something heavy, i use my wife's car. i'm assuming the "D" load tire is the better choice for me? thanks.

Yep D load should be fine. I am running this same tire on my 80 with ARB front bumper and lift, but otherwise stock. Love this tire BTW. Highly recommended...

FWIW discount matched the cheapest price I could fine online (e-bay).
