Which fender do I need? (2 Viewers)

I am looking for a replacement fender for my 96' and noticed on Partsouq that there are two variations. Part #

5380160483 and 5380160223. One comes with over fender and mud guard and side step. I assume it is the one without. Amayama seems to have both available (fingers crossed) These are both right side, which I need. Thank you ahead of time for your help. ​
