Hey Y'all,

I'm finishing up the wiring on my 100, but now that I have Slee's 2nd battery tray in with my compressor and IBS 2nd battery system, where the hell do I mount my fuse box?

Where have you guys mounted yours?

@RobRed I know you have a similar setup, where did you mount yours?

You could relocate the PS reservoir to the space between the airbox and the passenger side headlight, that's where I moved mine. That could create some room next to your second battery. I don't have a compressor in my setup but here is my second battery with a tray for my fuse box and 2 circuit breakers...

I like that setup. I was wondering where I should relocate the P/S reservoir to. That sounds like a good spot

Somewhere in the cabin?

Somewhere in the cabin?

I thought about it but I want the main power wires to be as short as possible to the fuse box, so somewhere in the engine bay is preferred. I may just have to do it somewhere in the cabin though.

I use a Bluesea Safety Hub 150 fusebox mounted under the passenger seat. Under hood I use a blue sea 150A breaker that feeds that fuse box.

I mounted my fuse block next to my main battery because I had ran a couple thing there before I decided to get fuse block. I did run it off my aux battery, I just ran some 2 gauge wire back and forth a couple times.

That's what I've been thinking is the best idea. I didn't want to use that area in case I need to get into the main fuse box, but it seems like the best option if I want to keep it in the engine bay.

I mounted mine on the DS on a piece of Delrin that is standing on some threaded rod-stock uprights into existing captive nuts in the top of the fender well. Also added a couple of rivnuts to be able to secure a piece long enough for my battery selector switch and the fuse box.

Engine bay 2
