I still surf chat a lot cause not much going on here. Not really liking new format too much...for example: I didn't want to quote you and just hit reply but look what happened. Also, I wanted to post a pic after quoting someone (in Chat) but my pic wouldn't load but quote still shows up in that thread and no way to delete. Now I can't reply to that thread. And my Iphone app doesn't work so I can't view Mud except at work!
This is going to take me a while to get use too!

Try using Google Chrome on your iPhone to access the forum. The mobile browser works pretty well. I know Woody is working on making the app work, but it is a way down the list

The only way to quote someone, AFAIK, is to click the "+Quote" button at the bottom of their post. If you didn't do that @alk747triodad , I'm not sure what you did 
To echo Sam, one of the big reasons why he upgraded to this new forum engine is to make mobile browsing easier. Try just going to https://forum.ih8mud.com on safari or chrome.

I find tha Chrome works better ... my $0.02 which after inflation and taxes is worth negative $2.02 ....
I'm ready for the Tapatalk or the IH8MUD apps for iPhone to work.

@FJinTegaCay The easiest way is to go in and "unwatch" those forums, then re-"watch" them. When you select them for watching, you get the option of an e-mail.

I kinda like the new format. Like the others have said though, using Chrome with the mobile browser works pretty well.
For me, this last year has just been so busy that I've just not had much time to do anything. I am desperately trying to get out more this year and spend some time with everyone.
This is funny. I hit "+Quote" to your comment Johnny, but where is it? I did hit "Reply" to your first post. I guess it works backwards for me. I am downloading google chrome to Iphone right now. Thanks guys!

I liked the old format better. But then again, I still use a pre historic flip phone too.
Yea I would be on more if they had the app
I noticed the same, seems slow here. Personally I do not use my phone for the net aside from adding picks on FB.

Wondered the same thing as the traffic in the 70 series forum slowed down a good bit.

Kenny if you hit reply on a persons post then you automatically quote them. You have to go to the bottom to do a fresh post of your own.
As for me, not a huge fan of the new format, especially on my phone even through chrome but it was time for a change. I think woody underestimated the amount people surf mud on mobile devices so until the bugs are worked out traffic will slow a bit.
But i've not been on much because I made a promise to Andrea not to check Mud or emails when we were on vacation, not answer my phone and only respond to voicemail or texts if they were emergencies. Since I've got back I worked 42 hours in 3 days so haven't had any time to check or respond to the 100s of emails I had or go on mud.
PS woody you should have added better smiley options, but this new one is pretty cool.
While the new format may be better in mobile browser it is nothing compared to the simplicity of the apps--either te older Mud app (my preferred) or newer Tapatalk.
My biggest gripe about the mobile site is ads.
