Where do I belong

I picked up my 1977 FJ40 parts from the powder coater and found one unidentifiable part. It's the "L" bracket in the picture. Any idea as to where it might go?

The groups that I dropped off were:
Front and rear seat frames
Clutch/brake pedal
Steering
Air cleaner
Shift levers

It just looks like a big flat washer in the pic.
