Hotel Roanoke. Doubletree owned and managed. I recommend the Pine Room and a dirty martini. The pool table is good.
So was the fancy restaurant! Never made it to the Pine Room after dinner. I had a box of lamb ribs to gnaw that dictated a trip back to the room and an early sleep.
I had been a little concerned upon arrival when I looked in the “gift shop/store” and saw an abnormally large rack of Pepto
$11 for parking sucks but it was better than the $62 the DC hotel wanted last week.

Parking on street is sketchy. $11 is a deal. I would start at the Pine Room.
