Currently running 33x12.50's on 15x8 wheels with 3.5 inches of back spacing, Cruiser has cut rear wheel wells and 2.5 inches of lift. Rear tires rub a bit when running some trails. Would a wheel spacer keep this from happening or would the tire then hit the outside of the wheel well/fender flare?

Never used'em and would love to hear some opinions.

Thanks!

I have almost the same scenario:

4" lift
35 x 12.50s
3.5" backspaced wheels 15 x 8
Cut rear fenders with flares
Rub the inner rear fender when stuffed

I installed 1.25" spacers and no more inner fender rub.

Obviously your other choice would be to buy a set of ~2" backspaced wheels.

Be sure to follow the instructions on torqing the nuts and retorqing after a short drive. Check them often.

Good luck

I have the same problem, running 14.5x36x15's. Just bought some 1 1/2" spacers, wwent to install them and my wheel studs are too short !! Can't ANYTHING be easy???

What year Cruiser do you have and what brand spacer do you have?

Thanks
