@Jiri @christianleeboy Just back home...let me go pull that panel off and take some pics. I will edit the posts with the pics so bear with me.

Ok the first pic is the wiring diagram from IM.

The next pic is a yellow, black, white wire run from the IM marker/indicator/turn signal light on front of bumper.

3rd pic shows the wiring harness/disconnect/splice which connects the wires (black, yellow, white) back into the engine bay as you can see in the fourth pic. I am standing on passenger side if you are wondering where my "paw" is coming in from.

The black wire is your ground and i have it grounded on the frame (5th pic).

The yellow is run and spliced into the indicator light and the white is run and spliced into the park light. I'm not able to pull the protective sleeve off those wires to show the white/yellow wire connections. Hopefully these pics help when you look on inside of engine bay and back of the TLC lights.

Thank you! I will play with it this afternoon. So helpful to actually see which of the wires to tap into. Ironman FAIL big time on this. They did respond to my ticket ... with the most hilarious response. They just sent me a picture of the page in the "instructions" with the useless wiring diagram. I LOL'd on that one. Still really like the bumper. Yet still wish to perform a root canal on the instruction writer based on his / her expert instruction. :)

Yeah. I had an experienced person help out but i will definitely pass on your experience to anyone looking at these bumpers.

While i was under the bumper i rechecked all bolts and looked for damage from Arizona. None outside of scratches. Colorado next week will be more extreme on the rig so ill report any issues...knock on wood...good luck wiring and let me know if i can help with more pics.

I moved my camera forward by cutting/splicing four wires. You can use home security 4-22 cable to do so. A simple angle bracket and vertical spacers to clear license plate.

@Atwalz love what you did with the front camera. I also see that you mounted the winch control box inside the bumper and have easy access to the remote connector. Can you describe how you mounted that or detail pics that would be helpful? I've been looking for a location to mount the winch control box in front of the radiator but I like what you got going there...

I did a L bracket with nutserts and drilled two holes to mount the box. Additional pic of bracket is in my build thread.

Here is another pic.

We just installed the Ironman premium bumper on my 2008. Luckily I got in on the sale. I’m really happy with the bumper but the installation instructions are complete garbage. If you aren’t really mechanically inclined you’ll have issues. I watched an installation video for an ARB that was very helpful along with checking out some threads here. Did the bumper and their 1200lb winch. The pinch weld they supply is junk also. Went to the hardware store and got some that is way better. T

he other stuff fell off day one.

Here are some pictures that i installed on my GX470. You need to modify the bumper since it is for Prado but still it is worth it. You need to cut all three sides.
Iraman4x4 Bullbar + 7" Led light + Foam cell Pro suspension

If there is video to install this bullbar bumper, it would be very helpful but there is no video for that. I made my own Youtube video for my own reference. hahaha
They also have great customer service.
Miller is good guy

On sale for how much via what site?

I got one from Metal tech few years back. I have modified the skids that came with bumper to 3/16" plate. other than that bumper is holding up good. I replaced the fog lights with stedi. More pics are in my build thread in my signature.

Tried to view your build but can't find it, what rear bumper do you have installed? Would I have to upgrade suspension if I would add the front ironman?

Rear bumper is homemade. You will need to upgrade spring rate to compensate extra weight of bumper and winch. I have 700lbs per inch springs. They are 16” tall and 3” ID on Icon 2.5 Coilovers shock. Rear springs are tough dog tour flex heavies.

I wonder what setup would be good for me I don't travel w gear only 3 boys and my wife. Looking to upgrade the front bumper w the ironman bumper without the bars.

Are you planning on adding a winch? Then for front I would recommend 700lb/in. Rear you can go with anything less OME 2723, 340lb/in but greater than factory rate. OME and tough dog has great selection of springs. For reference icon standard front spring rate is around 600ish. Front Factory is around 550.
