Anyone got an easy trick to removing the button switches like the hazard or clutch cancel on my 92 without taking the dash apart ?
I'm trying not to narl up the dash jamming tools in there to release the tabs.
Thought someone might have an easier way.

You got tiny fingers and hands, if not then it's smarter to just go ahead an pull the panel.

The snap portion clips are top and bottom, but IMHO pulling the panels more painless than cutting yourself all up or chipping the panel or switch with a tiny standard screwdriver.

I use a pocket knife... get the point of the blade into the switch a little, and the flat side of the blade keeps the dash from getting dents as you pry on it... If your truck is pristine... then pulling the dash may be a better answer. Why do you need to get the switches out?

Thanks guys, didn't think there would be a miracle tool but was hoping maybe.;)
The hazard in my new 92 has a broken tab that has it popping out so I wanted to get the one out of the 94 parts rig without tearing up the dash which is nice.
