G52 to W56 Swap - What's Easier RF1A Forward Shift Forks Swap OR Electric to Mechanical speedometer conversion.

Hello Everyone,
So I am in the midst of swapping my G52 w/ Bad 5th Gear (For sale if you want it LOL) to a W56. Both are forward shifts Transmissions for the RF1A transfer Case. I realized that the W56 Transfer Case has a electronic driver speedometer and the G52 case is still cable driven. My thought was to just use the G52 Case, but what I didn't realize was the Selector Forks are different lengths (4.5" to 4").

So my questions are...

What is easier, Change the w56 case from a Electric Drive Speedo to Mechanical drive speedo?
OR
Change the Selector Forks from one trans to the other?
AND
How do you do it?!

Gnob So all I have to do is remove the electronic sensor and drop in the Mechanical Gear part and I am done?!

That will be much easier!

pretty certain. pull them out and compare. its way faster than tearing both cases completely down to swap forks.
