Whats the best offset for a 16x7 wheel?
The below wheels are being produced by a company here in Australia, the standard offering is 16x5.5, but the below is 16x7 et-15. I'm looking to order a set this week and was hoping to confirm the -15et offset ( I think that works out to 3.41 backspace ) was suitable for a 55. I think it is, but thought I'd sound out the herd. Plan is to run a 255/85r16 Yoko g003.

The ones above are going on a 40 series. I've ordered the same. My logic is that if 55 split rims are the same as 40 series and interchangeable, these should work too.

Should have them first week of June, I'll trial fit one and see how it goes. All else fails I'll stick them on the 45.

I think that would be a great BS for a pig.
I had 3.5" BS and my 35"X12.5" tires would rub on the inside upper on the rear inner fender wells on the tougher trails.
