To someone that wanted it....Maybe $150-300. Bed and tailgate.

You have someone that wants them parts, or are you just weighing out your not so liquid assets?

I like your rear bumper...are the pull hooks rated though?

I love those beds, they are my favorite design, even though the "two touch" tailgate design was actually cheaper when they were new. Strange that there aren't any cargo tiedown hooks under the outer lip, I thought they all had them.

If you were closer and I had the space, I'd buy it.

i figure its a nice bed and i will end up beating the crap out of it, so i would try to get rid of it while its still nice. no i don't have a buyer yet, i figured it would be worth more than that. i don't know if those rings are rated or not the bumper came with the truck, the PO built it. when i was pulling my buddies jeep out with it i just wraped the strap around the whole bumper.

I'd put the price between 200-300

You could price it higher and maybe you could get 400 for it but you might sit on it for a while until the right buyer came along.

i would say like 500-600 to the right person(midwest guy) look at how much a toyota fiberglass box costs.back in 2000 when i was looking for a box for my 88 local yards were qouting me 900 for a rust free southern box.not alot of the 84-88 trucks on the road around here anymore(i.e. not as much demand) so price has dropped some.

It will all depend on your patience. When I had a nice 80 pickup with a trashed bed, I would have paid you 300 bucks. Now I'd probably give you $50 because I'd just cut up the floor of it and dovetail it. But even there it has it's merit becuase it has no rust, and rust is hard to weld lol.

I sold a bed off my '84 and got $600 for it, it was not in as good as shape as yours, but it sat around for over a year until the right buyer came along.
