SPC UCA's (25465) are a good fit with most suspension kits. If I was getting some, those are what I'd lean towards. Good amount of adjustability of caster and camber. The caster adjustment is very helpful for moving the wheel forward or backward in the wheel well to adjust for rubbing. Helps make alignment after a lift and bigger tires easier, and they're fairly reliable and widely used on this forum.

Other options:
-Total Chaos Fabrication
-Icon
-Dobinsons

SPCs.
The one issue they ever had was remedied by SOC before it was an issue and they’d issued parts to installers for free replacement before I even knew the potential issue existed.

Solid stuff.

In other SPC news...I just received my order of SPC rear lower control arms to go on this week...to replace the stock unit I bent last Summer.

I wonder if they do custom powder coating - would be cool to have a custom color like OME yellow or King/Dobinson teal to add a pop of color in the wheel well.

What's the product number of the SPC rear lower control arms? Haven't heard of them before.

SPC or TC. I've seen some use the Icon's as well.

We’re running the Icon’s. They’re beautiful and super adjustable, but also really spendy. Probably would have run something else if we were paying full price...

Ordered TC for mine.

On the trail, they are usually the color of dirt...
...no matter what color they were at the mall. hehe

They are black...but I suppose you could powder coat them if you first emptied the ends of all fittings so they aren't destroyed during powder-coat baking...

Personally, I'd suggest just painting them if you don't like black...
Paint is quick, easy to apply and easy to touch up.

Hahaha, good point. I’ve been considering a Dobinsons lift so their bright coloring has caught my eye.

Thanks for the share on the rear LCA’s, haven’t seen those before. Do 200’s also benefit from adjustable rear panhard rods after a lift?

If you have a major lift, adjustable rear panhard rods are available to recenter you over the wheels, but I’d wager most here don’t add them since the typical mild 200 lift doesn’t usually offset all that much. I don’t on mine...

SPC. We sell/install 5-10/week. Fantastic results.

SPC all the way. I had Total Chaos and they were noisy as heck. I loosened, regreased, tightened probably over a dozen times and they were constantly groaning. Went to Yodaman in Santa Rosa, CA, who runs trucks in the Hammers, and he said the Uniballs were designed to be run horizontally, not vertically, and they'll start making noises and clunking over time anyhow. I got tired of the maintenance and the annoying noise and sold them quickly for a big loss. SPC's have been perfect for 3-4 months now. I grease them occasionally, and I haven't looked back. Not a sound from them, and truck aligned perfectly.

I’m not even sure why this is open for debate at this point. The SPC is the quietest and most adjustable option. They utilize oem style ball joints, which can easily be replaced, and use oem type black moly grease.

The other heim joint and urethane style are noisy, don’t last as long, and are unnecessarily beefy. If you loosen the UCA with the truck sitting, you can nearly adjust the ball position by hand on the SPC, they merely manage to keep the suspension alignment correct and control the stroke. They are not holding extreme levels of load like the LCA’s.
Unless you’re jumping sand dunes, the huge tubular chromoly tubed UCA are complete overkill, in a bad way.

How does SPC avoid noise? They look like standard poly bushings..

Give ARB/OME a look. Their new arms seem very impressive.

How do you like the camburgs? Would you recommend?
I love them. Third Toyota truck I've run Camburg upper arms on. 100% satisfied. Silent, smooth, greasable.

While the SPC may be more adjustable for fine tuning alignments on the upper joint, that's the ONLY place where it excels. The rest of this post is nonsense. Poly bushings have been used for quite some time without problems. Mine are silent, been running for over 30k now, are beefier than stock, and allow increased down travel when paired with my King setup. I couldn't be happier.

While a case could be made for jumping sand dunes, that is merely a red herring in this conversation. They may be an overkill for a mall cruiser, so I can see the reluctance :) . A simple search on here will also yield problems with SPC arms. No product will ever be perfect 100% of the time in 100% of the applications.

By and large, the old saying of "race truck parts make race truck sounds" is pretty old thinking.
