What RPM does alternator put out max juice?

Just got my hand throttle installed last night and am wondering where the sweet spot is for max output when winching. I was thinking about 2000 RPM's, but don't have anything solid to base that off of.

I currently have the stock alt, but will be putting in a 130A shortly.

Dont forget the alternative bracket for the new alt. Sorry I dont have the answer for the alt RPMs.

I hooked mine up to the machine at Auto Zone one day and my max amps were right around 2000 RPMs.

How difficult was the throttle cable install?

Piece of cake. The instructions kind of sucked, but it only took me about 20 minutes.
