What Rack? AO still avail in the US?

Sorry for my brainfart post above...I fixed it. Its about $325 savings: $200 off the rack and free shipping, which would have been $125 to Reno.
Just sold my car... so the cruiser is going to be getting some love. Looks like I'll give the FR rack a try... plus one of those fancy new Slee rear bumpers 
I just ordered a set of Front Runner load bars for my 100 from Paul - I should receive them in a couple days. Paul was extremely fast and helpful in answering all of my questions about the bars before ordering. Good experience and thanks to those in this Board who recommended him.
Paul at Equipt is top notch. He doesn't compromise on anything he sells. I hope to add the FR rack to my 100 someday. I have the AO rails and feet but no rack 
Getting the rails is the key to adding a rack to any 100. Once you get the rails then you have more options.

the FR rack has slats that go from side to side instead of front to back. I believe that setup would be helpful when attempting to install a ski or bike rack. FR even has a bike rack setup.
Exactly, that's what got me to thinking about a full rack rather than the concoction I have on there now... TONS more flexibility.

To those who have or had the AO racks, did you like them? What differentiated them from the alternatives? And would you like it to be available again in the US? Thanks for the feedback...

There is an AO USA dealer/distributor coming on-line sometime this year. However I'd bet the AO roof rack when available here won't be $1000 net like the FR is right now from Fernando (CampingLab); I'd bet several hundred if not five to six hundred more...

I asked Paul (sole US FR distributor now) how Campinglabs is able to be so cheap on both racks and the good deal they had on aux tanks. He said that they bought a ton of FR stuff awhile ago, are likely just clearing out inventory that's been sitting, and apparently taking a loss.

Equipt (Paul May) sells Front Runner, not AO.
I know Paul and Fernando and they are both stand-up guys that will go to the ends of the earth to make sure their customer's are happy (pre and post sale!). Fernando happens to reside in Florida and Paul in Utah. The decision I made was purely from a monetary point since the savings was $325 to me.
Its always difficult, for me, when spending discretionary dollars to decide who to patronize. We have, within our overland community, quite a few stand-up companies offering great customer service. I only wish all the other purchases I make aside from my LC/overland addiction, offered such wonderful businesses to support!

Wasn't knocking your decision if I came across that way, just curious as to the price discrepancy between Equipt and Campinglabs.
My FR rack has more than exceeded my expectations. It's lightweight and the price was right (CampingLab.com). Here are some pics from this weekend.

I've seen lots of people running fr and ao roof racks on their 100 series, but not ARB roof racks. I personally like the look of the arb roof rack as well, but is there a reason why almost nobody uses it on 100 series?
It doesn't fit properly and they only make a half rack
