What I've been workng on lately...

so i had a poker game last night at my house....was nice to play on the last table i built 5 years ago (and has only seen like 3 games so far )

and here's the new table that i'm working on now...

our friends were getting rid of their oak dining table that had a beautiful pedestal....well, the last game i had we had 2 tables of 9, so we need a new table anyway and i talked my wife into letting me make this one...keeping the oak top with 1 leaf to sit on top of the rails...had to ditch the skirt because otherwise it would have been way too narrow...

green suited speed felt and i will wrap the rails with cappuachino whisper vinyl (from joann's)

i'll post more/better pictures when it's finished up...

thanks everyone for the kind words...

yes, i have the best wife in the world...and yes, i am a stay at home dad....

i picked the 4 tap kegerator up from a friend who moved into a house in black canyon city...it was on their party cabana, and they don't drink...so i talked them out of it and was back up there the next day with my trailer before they changed their mind...

There's a walk up bar with oak top that i just finished but have 1 more coat of stain then poly, and the tv is wired in to the ceiling speakers...

i'd be open to hosting a CSC event here...

right now on tap is killians and negra modelo....after that there's probably going to be some fat tire, a hard cider, and something from 4 peaks...
