What is this part? Help Please!

Off a 78 FJ40 2F, I had it in an labled and in with my exhaust parts is this right? I don't think so. Looks like it may bolt to the frame and then run along the exhaust pipe and attach to the pipe with a ring or sleeve of some sort, I don't know. Have photo of it laying on the frame right after taking out the block, any ideas?

That bracket bolts to the left side of the flywheel housing and has a clamp that works with it to provide support for the header pipe from the manifold to the exhaust system.

Exhaust hanger, like Poser said. Part number 60 below.

That would explain why it was in with the exhaust hangers, I thought it might be something along those lines but I couldn't see anything in the hanes manual I have, thanks so much, that is just what I needed!
