That’s all part of the EGR system. That’s like a cooler basically. If you are desmogging the truck then put that whole assembly in a box with the other EGR and air pump parts and sell it or keep it in case you need in the future.

I would save it, people in Kalifornia will need things like that. It is an EGR cooler system part of the emission control to lower NOX.

That’s soot from your engine..carbon build up. Clean it up and sell it. People like that garbage. But they don’t want the soot.
