Hey guys!

Running out of ideas over here, seems I have done everything I wanted to by bj73 and looking for some new ideas

Would be great if you could post your best modification

My top mod is a toss up between my e locker and a/c air compressor

But if I had to pick one it would be the air.......it's so handy in the real world

Fridge.....:grinpimp:

I have to go with my Webasto. Nothing beats a warm motor and instant heat everytime I start my truck in the winter

Being from AZ ....I had to Google Webasto.....for some reason they aren't selling well here

The interior storage bins are excellent. Having said that, i'd aim for the best reliability you can afford, it's hard to beat a vehicle that doesn't leave you stranded.

Glasspack 'free flow' muffler, 16" wheels, plug-in preheating, rear cross-member reinforcement with full body width 1/4" steel channel and receiver hitch, removed fuel screen in tank and replaced with inline filter in engine bay. The '74 has the turbo 13B-T.

I believe 15x8 stock 80 series wheels. They came with a pile of stuff from a previous deal. I like them, they
are good looking wheels. Seem to be light in weight too. I'm not home, but I can get better pics when I get there on the 1st.

Toyota has never used 15x8 as a factory size. 8 inch widths do not appear until the diameter reaches 16 inches.

Ok, I'm pretty sure they are JDM. I'll check when I get home. The tires are 33x12.5R15" I know that.
They fit the rim well. Maybe they are a fancy aftermarket? Not sure

Your wheels are aftermarket Japanese. They look like Enkeis from the 1980s.

Hello RhinoRig,

I made a dining table, many years ago, with wenge, and used padauk for the ends. Beautiful wood, so i hear you; it's hard to beat the characteristics of wood.
Ozcruiser, i loved the 12HT in my old 61; recently i found that old car of mine at 4Wheel Auto in Edmonton and, as worn as my old car was, they told me the engine was in good condition. Damn nice to hear that, even as it was a bit of a smoker when i sold the car ('cause i got the Troopie).
Cruiserdan, thanks for the info; i'll stick to my 16" rims.
