Yikes!

The RH looks okay-ish. The LH looks awful. I would be checking for water intrusion asap and getting a lay of the land with regards to what is holding them there.

Plenty of threads on here about how to properly install windshields and trim on these trucks. Improper installs lead to infinite electrical issues due to water.

Your inner moulding 75543-60020 is in place. What I think I see is:
  • Side moulding reused, that should not have been. As appears its metal backbone is bent. This often results in expose metal of backbone rubbing off body paint, exposing body sheet metal. Which will rust very badly, since moisture trapped under moulding.
  • Side moulding glued in and held in place with tape. The glue (black poly) block water flow under side moulding. Receipt for rust.
  • Likely the one or more rivet holes in each "A" pillar not plugged. Allowing water and air into cabin. Aslo like paint was chip aways from rivet hole (rust point)

mine never had either side. I find it keeps my vehicles clean from dirt and grime clogging those drain channels eventually leaking water into the inside fuse box through poorly installed windshields. .
