Only two pics I have of this week's work on the cruiser. I started stripping the rear axle, after the pic I took off the rest of the drum assemblies, removed the third and started cleaning up the housing before it gets cut to receive the mini tubes. I know the mini housing cuts are rough, I cut long on the tubes so that I could square and cut them when they're more managable (a metal bandsaw would be handy sometimes).

Been busy working on this pigsty since everything has been moved around for access to insulate and as it turns out 92 and some odd batts take a while to trim where needed and hang. Then it'll get drywall (oh...yay).

Can you spot the two cruisers?

Installed an interior LED light for the cab that fits inside the stock interior light housing ($12 from autozone.) Re-wired my washer pump back to the stock switch and finished hooking back up the defrost vents. Also did a 30sec mod to the gauge cluster so I can get it in and out w/o damaging the speedo cable, but it stays secure in the dash.

Taking the wee ones four-wheeling tomorrow, should be a good day......

Rob some fingernail polish from the bride or roll down to the corner drugstore and pick out a nice red/orange color.....Get the "tough as nails" polish....hehe...

Relocated the ARB compressor.
Finished the cutting brakes.
Mounted the 16" travel shocks.
Secured the coil springs to the axles.
Re-plumbed the rear ARB.
Reconnected the exhaust.
Remounted the skidplate.
Started to figure out locations for limiting straps.

Tracked down a 3/16" IFF by metric bubble flare adapter to connect new rear brake lines to existing hard tubing.

Flushed the cooling system and put in fresh antifreeze on the 74 chevota (Daily Driver )...... Installed the tire carrier, tag holder, tail lights, ball hitch , new front brake shoes and fixed the speedometer on the 74 stock cruiser.

Ordered a new radiator, the parts for my new PS system, ps cooler, 4" springs, 3" shackles, new radiator screen, and speed bleeders. Started working on the electrical system, removed most of the front end to prep for PS & rad install. :)
